Ibero Spanish School emphasizes small class sizes for personalized attention and effective learning. All courses (minimum one week) include a textbook, materials, Wi-Fi access, and a diploma. Classes are taught by university professors.
These offers are only for group classes and one-time payments. Beginner Spanish students are limited to 20 hours of group classes. High season (October to May) requires full payment upon application due to high demand.

Important Notes:
- Prices are for in-person classes in Buenos Aires, excluding national holidays.
- There are no registration fees or hidden costs. Materials and diplomas are included.

Terms and Conditions
Ibero Spanish School Terms and Conditions
Important: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any program at our school (Spanish course or Spanish course plus accommodation). By accepting a program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Our Commitment: We want you to have a positive and enriching experience at Ibero Spanish School, both in the classroom and in your accommodation. These Terms and Conditions outline our expectations and your responsibilities during your time with us.
Accommodation:
Accommodation at Palacio Piedras:
- Location: Palacio Piedras is located in downtown Buenos Aires at the same location as the school.
- Check-in: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Check-out: Monday through Friday, 12:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Legally Binding Contract: Booking accommodation through us constitutes a legally binding contract. This contract grants you the right to reside in the assigned accommodation for the agreed-upon period, subject to these terms and conditions, and obligates you to pay the accommodation fee.
- Implied Acceptance: Moving into the accommodation without formally accepting the agreement implies acceptance through your actions.
- Non-Occupancy: If you fail to occupy the accommodation within 14 days of the agreement's start date without prior notification or agreement from us, we reserve the right to re-let the room. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before doing so. You remain liable for accommodation fees up to the date of re-letting.
Spanish Language Course Conduct:
- You are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward your Spanish instructors and all Ibero staff.
- Disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the Spanish course without any refund.
- Missed classes by the students, except for documented medical reasons or COVID-related absences, will not be made up.
- Classes lost because of national holidays are not made up.In accordance with Argentine labor regulations and our established policies, classes canceled due to national holidays are not made up. These instances fall outside of our regular scheduling and are considered circumstances beyond our control. This policy ensures that our instructors are fairly compensated and that our class schedules remain consistent throughout the year.
- You are required to attend all in person Spanish lessons.
- We have your permission to share your video and pictures with social media.
- We may publish your course feedback on our social media networks or websites.
Additional Considerations:
- Severe misconduct or disruptive behavior may lead to expulsion from the program and notification of local authorities.
- Defamatory statements about the school on any platform may result in legal action within the jurisdiction of Argentine courts or international law, if applicable.
- "The school" refers to Ibero Spanish School, and "the student" is the person named on the booking.
Agreement and Payment:
- This agreement becomes legally binding upon the school's receipt of a completed registration form or when the school confirms your booking details and receives the required payment.
- All program fees, including accommodation if applicable, must be paid within one week of application. If you do not pay for your program within this timeframe, we will remove you from the program.
Cancellation by the Student:
- No refunds will be issued after the Spanish course start date.
- No Transfer of Program Costs: Program costs are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another individual.
- Cancellations after the original start date result in no refund.
- In case of a new booking replacing a canceled course, the school may, at its discretion, waive certain cancellation charges.
- Once classes commence and are available to the student, no refunds will be granted.
