All students will abide by the following rules

We reserve the right to admit students and maintain the integrity of our group classes, which cannot be transformed into private lessons. We value respect towards our staff, culture, and country.
Our in-person courses in Buenos Aires are typically not held on national holidays or strike days, and missed classes due to these events are not made up.
Small fees apply for PayPal/wire transfer payments.
We uphold specific rules and regulations to ensure a conducive learning environment for all students:

No student shall attend our classes under the influence of alcohol or substances that disrupt their learning process or showing an improper and disrespectful behavior in the classroom, towards our team or teacher. Students who do not abide by this rule will be removed from the course.
Classes are not made up except in cases of illness with a doctor's prescription.
Students must be on time for classes. Too many unexcused absences or tardiness will result in the loss of classes.
Students shall exhibit respectful behavior towards everyone at the institute.
Students must remain in their classrooms for the duration of each class block.
In case of force majeure (e.g., street blockades), we will reorganize the missed class.
Courses are three weeks long, excluding national holidays.
If we cancel a class, students can make it up based on their availability.
Students must refrain from bringing dangerous, illegal, or improper materials into the classroom.
Students must come prepared with necessary school materials.
Once the course begins, payments are non-refundable, and classes cannot be transferred to third parties.
Our exclusive textbooks are given ONLY to students with at least two weeks of classes.
Once payment is made, it's non-refundable except in cases of terminal illness with a doctor's note.
In accordance with Argentine labor regulations and our established policies, classes canceled due to national holidays or strikes are not made up. These instances fall outside of our regular scheduling and are considered circumstances beyond our control. This policy ensures that our instructors are fairly compensated and that our class schedules remain consistent throughout the year. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
